Just 20 minutes from Les Chalets de Montréjeau, Capvern boasts unique thermal water that is naturally pure and renowned for its therapeutic properties. The town of Capvern was once known as the “Capital of the Kidney.”

Kidney stones are the primary and long-standing medical indication for treatment in Capvern.
Capvern-les-Bains is one of the few resorts in France to offer a drinking cure (or diuresis cure) delivered directly to patients’ homes. Freshly bottled each morning, the thermal water is delivered directly to patients at their residences.
Other treatments unique to the resort include baths with poultices, downhill showers, reverse showers, and the Capvern shower.

The Capvern Thermal Baths produce and package their own mud, mixed with thermal water from the Bouridé spring. It is applied topically at 45°.
